For engines, this includes the careful measurement, crack testing and alignment work for all critical engine components. Overhauling components such as injection pumps, turbochargers, cylinder heads and engine blocks are just some of our specialities.
Reconditioned, overhauled and repaired Cat and MaK engines, systems and components by Zeppelin Power Systems meet the high quality standards of our new products. After a rebuild, every engine undergoes a final inspection with performance testing on our test benches. Detailed measuring and test reports and an extensive warranty are, of course, included with our services.
Two large warehouses guarantee fast service and short waits. In Germany we can source most Cat and MaK spares and service parts within 24 hours through the central Caterpillar warehouse. This assures you a quick repair, overhaul and the shortest possible downtime.
For even faster re-deployment of your engine, there is also our exchange programme for Cat and MaK spare parts. You receive a factory reconditioned and tested part with a matching Caterpillar warranty, which we have available from stock. This saves you money and increases the availability of your power system to the max.
