Our goal: zero contamination. We are 4-star-tested according to the Caterpillar cleanliness guidelines. Contamination during maintenance and repairs poses a risk of equipment failure, or wear and tear. Our repair shop works to the highest standards and requirements in order to rule out contamination of your machine during maintenance and repairs.
CERTIFICIED QUALITY FOR RAIL VEHICLES
You can count on Zeppelin Power Systems. We are CL4 stage-certified by GSI SLV Hannover according to DIN EN 15085-2. This certification covers the following fields of application: design, purchasing, assembly and distribution of welded railway vehicle parts and components of the safety-relevant CL1 certification level.
CERTIFICATION OF OUR SUSTAINABILITY ACTIVITIES
We take our responsibility for the environment very seriously and have therefore been assessed by the independent agency EcoVadis in the areas of environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. We achieved gold status, placing us in the top 5% of our industry.
CERTIFICATION AS A "KNOWN CONSIGNOR"- FASTER AIR FREIGHT SHIPMENTS FOR YOU
Zeppelin Power Systems has been certified as a "known consignor" in Germany as per EU Ordinance 185/2010 since 2013. The drive, propulsion, traction and energy systems provider was certified by the German Federal Aviation Authority (LBA). This confirms that the system provider has a fully auditable, secure supply chain and complies with all safety regulations and standards for air freight consignments. Air freight consignments by Zeppelin Power Systems now no longer need additional security checks at the airport, and can be handled faster. You benefit in several ways: the secure supply chain eliminates the cost of security checks. The goods remain in their original functional packaging; fast lead times can be adhered to, thus minimising downtime.

To ensure that our employees can work safely for you, we also have our occupational health and safety monitored externally. Since 2016, we are also certified according to BS OHSAS 18001.
CERTIFIED ENERGY MANAGEMENT
On December 8, 2016, GUTcert certified Zeppelin Power Systems as having an effective energy management system. All German companies belonging to Zeppelin GmbH were certified at this time.
